BlockRise now has a denser city, clearer roads and construction plots, and stronger separation between business districts and green spaces.

BlockRise starts with a simple idea: every empty plot should feel like an opportunity, and every new building should change the city around it.
The current visual pass makes the city easier to read from above. Main roads, roundabouts and district boundaries now create a clearer structure before the player begins expanding.
At street level, we are working on the contrast between active business blocks, construction plots and quieter green areas. The goal is to keep useful information visible without turning the city into a grid of interface markers.
The next pass will focus on stronger neighborhood identities, more readable growth and better transitions between dense streets and open spaces. What makes a city builder feel alive first: traffic, pedestrians, changing buildings or the economy behind them?
