Fantasy sandbox Everwind gives a sneak peek of its new Arcanist starting area

The claw! The claw! You can hear the residents of Everwind cheering as their fondest dreams of becoming Wolverine are about to come true. Developer Enjoy Studio previewed the game’s next big update, and you better believe that a set of Ginsu knives strapped to your hand is part of that package.

“[Claws] work similarly to daggers, but come with a completely different look, giving you another option for fast, close-range combat,” the developer said.

But wait! That’s not all! If you order in the next 20 minutes, this update will throw in a new Arcanist starting area, parrots and vultures to populate the world, shield stands for you home, improved leveling up, and plant protection so that you don’t accidentally pluck them before they are fully grown. Actually, you’ll get all that no matter when you buy the game, because that’s how patches work.
